MAXIMUM COTTAGE OCCUPANCIES:
The small one-bedroom Cottages 1, 2, 5, 7, 8 accommodate two guests.
Infants and toddlers count as a guest. Cottages 3 and 4 may accommodate two adults and one infant or toddler.
The two-bedroom Cottages 9-12 accommodate four adults, or two adults and up to three small children.
DOG FEES AND POLICIES:
An advance reservation must be made for your dog.
Your dog must be a mature dog, a minimum of three years old, we are not able to accommodate puppies.
One fee per stay will be added in your confirmation: $65 for one dog, $85 for two dogs.
The maximum is two dogs per cottage.
Your dog must be trained to stay off the beds and furniture. Your dog must not be left alone in the cottage.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a minimum notice of two weeks for cancellation of reservations for non holidays;
one month’s notice of cancellation is required for Summer reservations (Memorial Day Holiday Weekend through Labor Day Holiday Weekend), extended stays, minor holidays and significant days of celebration (i.e. Valentine’s Day, etc.);
two months notice is required for all major holidays.
If a reservation is canceled later than the minimum notice, the guest is charged for any nights that we held for them that is not re-booked.
Although we are sensitive to the reasons that may cause a late cancellation, we cannot make exceptions to this policy. We are a very small and remote establishment and our cottages are reserved well in advance.
FALL & WINTER DISCOUNTS
Beginning November 1 through March 31, excluding holidays and holiday periods, the following discounts are offered:
Monday through Thursday - two nights for the price of one and a half nights; three nights for the price of two nights.
Friday and Saturday nights are 10% off.
No discounts are offered on Sunday night of a Sunday arrival.
The Fall and Winter discounts will not appear calculated on the on-line reservation submission, they must be applied manually at the time of confirmation.

Major Holiday Periods:
Major Holiday Periods are those which generally include longer vacations and school breaks. Depending upon the holiday, policies apply to the week or weekend before and after the holiday.
