We have established the following parameters so that we can continue to welcome guests with and without dogs, and sustain our very high housekeeping standards.
|
|
|
A fee of $65 per stay is charged for one dog,
$85 for two dogs.
|
|
|
|
|
This fee helps cover the costs of our additional cleaning requirements following a dog's visit. The fee covers reasonable and customary use, it does not cover damage or abuse of our basic restrictions listed below.

RESTRICTIONS
|
|
|
*puppies cannot be accommodated, dogs’ age must be a minimum of three years
|
|
*two dogs is the maximum number accommodated
in a cottage
|
|
|
*dogs must not be permitted on the beds and furniture
|
|
|
*dogs must not be left alone in the cottage
|
|
|
*cats, birds, and other indoor pets cannot be accommodated
|
|
|
These restrictions are not simply kind requests without consequence, a fee will be charged for damage or abuse, the amount of which will be based upon the labor and material required for repair or replacement.
